As COP26 Presidents, the UK has launched the “Forest, Agriculture and Commodity Trade (FACT) dialogue” alongside Indonesia as co-chairs. It is bringing together over 27 major producer and consumer countries of internationally traded agricultural commodities to collaborate on protecting some of the most carbon and biodiversity rich landscapes on the planet while promoting people’s jobs and livelihoods, trade and development. This session will highlight how leaders are already playing a vital role in the innovation of solutions to deforestation and how businesses will be key to the delivery of FACT outcomes at COP and beyond.
